The location was perfect, close to the ferry, restaurants, shops, and the market. The staff, especially Carmen and her team, were responsive and professional, making our stay enjoyable. The spacious rooms with comfy beds, a balcony, air conditioning, and ceiling fans offered a refreshing retreat. I loved borrowing beach towels and umbrellas for free, while the nearby restaurant served a delicious breakfast. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations. The town view from my 3rd-floor suite's balcony was like something out of a movie.

We also enjoyed the great views of the bay from the hotel property. The breakfast tickets provided for a nearby restaurant on the water were a lovely bonus. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and location were all top-notch.
